This 4500 square-foot residence is strategically positioned near a scenic canal, providing direct access to the Ocean and inviting the serene beauty of the waterway into the living space.
Features and Amenities
The design o this residence plays with the rectangular shapes and vertex vertices throughout the exterior facades. Combining materials and elements, like concrete panels and wood slats to create different breaks in the morphology.
Designed with a modern aesthetic, Vertex maximizes its the layout with thoughtful spatial planning and high-quality materials. The open-concept ground floor integrates living, dining and kitchen areas, creating a fluid and airy environment. Large windows and sliding glass doors not only fill the interior with natural light but also offer stunning views of the canal, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
